Nate works with the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team on the OpenAerialMap project. With a background in open data and humanitarian aid, Nate helps guide technical development and works with the community to share open imagery. Prior to HOT, Nate worked for five years designing and developing open source software with Development Seed. He has a has a rich international experience in public health and humanitarian aid and has worked on projects around the globe. Nate received a Master’s degree in Public Health from George Washington University in Washington, DC; he is currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.
